Yesterday was the best day yet for tree colour and it was even better when the sun came out late afternoon. I rather liked the leaf colour spreading out from beneath the trees on our estate too.

I hate having my feet covered and go around barefoot as much as possible. I think it harks back to when I was small and I had to do lots of exercises for flat feet.
However, on these winter mornings the kitchen floor is unbearably cold. So I’ve had to cave in and buy me a pair of slippers.
This week the leaves have really started to come down. These are ash tree leaves taken whilst walking around our housing estate.
