This the Hampton Court in Herefordshire!
Just outside the more formal gardens is a wide open space with picnic benches. Nearby is this more inviting bench simply fashioned from felled timber from the estate. Judging by the scuffed area around it, it’s well used.

I believe the presentation and number of colours available of twine at a garden’s shop denote its quality
This means Hampton Court Garden in Herefordshire is top notch.
