Friday Bench: Galaxidi

Blue bench at Galaxidi

Another guest bench from regular contributors Steve and Lu and their recent travels in Greece. Lu tells me that Galxidi is on the Gulf of Corinth.

I love how it looks like nature has started to bury this bench and how its colour matches the sea and sky.

Friday Bench: Ermioni

Steve and Lu have been in touch again with guest benches from their recent travels; from Greece this time πŸ™‚ I’m intrigued by the position of these benches as they seem to be ignoring the view!

Ermioni looks a great place for a visit – a peninsula on the Peloponnese, thus surrounded by the sea and great views on three sides.

Steve’s email with this photo was headed Even better!

Thanks guys, I have bench envy!

Friday Bench: A Guest From Greece

friday guest bench from LuToday’s Friday Bench was kindly sent to me by my friends Steve and Lu, who said “Which we sat on this morning :)”.

That was a couple of weeks ago as we were all on holiday at the time – they were in Greece and I was in Canada πŸ™‚

Doesn’t it look idyllic? More visitorsΒ sitting on benches mightΒ help solveΒ Greece’s current economic problems…

This brings the number of countries with benches on this blog up to 8. I wonder if your holidays mightΒ helpΒ itΒ to 10 or more…?
