The Mall Galleries doesn’t have many windows – this might be the only one – and I was struck by the shapes and colours which could be seen stretching upwards from the gallery.
Such bright sunshine and blue sky on a March day; that and the colour of the steps gave the scene more of a Mediterranean feel.
I wasn’t the only one who took a photo, another man did too. He with the intention of painting the scene later, me for the reasons already given. Besides, I’m rubbish at painting.
