Friday Bench: Galaxidi

Another guest bench from regular contributors Steve and Lu and their recent travels in Greece. Lu tells me that Galxidi is on the Gulf of Corinth.

I love how it looks like nature has started to bury this bench and how its colour matches the sea and sky.

Early Geraniums

I spotted these early* geraniums at Turnham Green tube station last week. Note how they and the painted metalwork match the tube train which just happened to be hurtling by.

* = possibly overwintered seeing it’s been so mild, or due to London’s heat island effect, or both.
